I have made frequent media appearances as well as presented programmes and documentaries. Television

I specialise in providing expert commentary on food culture and history delivered in an accessible, informative and fun way. I have been interviewed by Heston Blumenthal for a Channel 4 documentary, UKTV’s Perfect (Series 2) as well as several appearances on Rip Off Britain: Food (BBC). I have also appeared on Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas (Channel 4) judging Christmas Hampers and demonstrating a recipe. 

Radio and podcasting

In 2016 I produced and hosted the delicious magazine podcast. In 2015 I wrote and presented ‘The Inflating Shopping Basket‘ for Radio 4.
